Most of the Sarah C range of art work is available to purchase from this website – just choose the piece, select the medium and the size you want and complete your purchase.
If you would like to view the artwork in person before purchasing you might like to visit us at the Gallery in Mangawhai Heads. We are open by appointment or most days 10am to 4pm. When you make your appointment, mention the piece/s you would like to buy and we’ll try to have them available. We cannot guarantee we will have the specific piece you want in stock but we are sure to have the medium you would like, and the picture to view – so you can get the idea.
We’d love to accept pretty shells or magic beans but pretty shells will not pay the mortgage and magic beans are so hard to come by! So we accept the following payment methods – personal cheques, direct credit, credit card or cash through the gallery. We will send you our account details when your order is confirmed. Please note that all payment methods must clear before the artwork is sent.
We use NZ Post for our small items or Fastway Couriers for our larger deliveries within New Zealand. Our courier’s name is Jim and he usually collects from us in Mangawhai Heads around the middle of the afternoon. When Jim collects your order we will send you a tracking number and website link so you can see your order’s progress. From pick up to delivery at your address is usually overnight or up to three days within NZ a little longer if you are rural delivery.
When you place your order you will receive an email confirming your order and delivery details. Delivery details must include a street address as we do not deliver large pieces to post office boxes. Rural Delivery usually costs more than delivery to a town, if you have the option of a town address, this is usally best.
Fastway Couriers deliver during working hours Monday to Friday. Sometimes a work address is best if you work and are away from home during the day. If you have special instructions for the courier please let us know. We require a signature for all parcels delivered and suggest you unwrap and check the artwork is not damaged before signing for the parcel. The courier will wait for you to do this, they do not mind. If you sign for the artwork and there is damage it may not be valid for insurance.
How will you package my art?
Firstly it gets wrapped in sellophane or goes into a clear plastic bag. Then we may use one or two layers of bubble wrap, depending on the medium. Then we use recycled corrugated cardboard.
Usually your artwork is ready for delivery between a few days to a few weeks. Most pieces are not kept in stock. Artworks are made as you order them. If you would like the piece for a specific date, like a birthday, please let us know and we will endeavour to meet your deadline.
If you live overseas and want to purchase Sarah C artworks a credit card payment is best. We use either NZ Post or other international freight couriers. Let us know the piece you want, size, medium etc, your delivery address and any special instructions and we will get the best quote for you.
